Intermediate Drawing: Digital Layering- Drawing over Digital Prints (series of three)
For this project students are challenged to communicate a strong message through image appropriation and transformation in a series of three or more works (each work is approximately 24" x 18" or similar size). Starting with original photos or appropriated images, students create large format digital prints and then use drawing media to transform the image either by directly drawing on top, or drawing overlay on translucent sheets of frosted mylar.

Intermediate Drawing: Final Project Thematic Series of Three (or more)
This project is a self-directed series of artworks that requires students to consider how material can support conceptual communication in their artworks. Students explore how their selected concept can be supported through material choices, format, orientation, scale and display.
